(b)  Purchase or refinance:                                           $450.00

 

No additional fee for bank/lender representation; stated fee assumes use of standard, local bar association or realtor approved real estate contract (not requiring lengthly attorney negotiation of terms)

Other Fees and Costs

*  Title Insurance @ promulgated rates

*   Document recording fees @ statutory rates

*   Title Search @ customary rates

*   Overnight courier fees @ $25.00 each

*   Postage, fax and copying fees $25/closing

*   Bank wire fees @ $25.00

*   Travel available for $50.00

*   Additional attorney's fees, discussed and approved by client in advance, may be charged for matters outside the scope of normal closing.  Examples would include negotiation of "short sales" and satisfaction of unresolved issues from prior closings.
